摘 要:为提升适老化智能卫浴产品的设计质量,满足老年人生活习惯以及身体机能变化的需求,利用Kano-QFD模型,研究全新的智能卫浴产品设计方法。首先,通过Kano-QFD模型分析,获取了老年用户对智能卫浴产品的具体需求,并构建了质量屋以明确设计目标。其次,提取了老年群体的卫浴行为特征,为产品设计提供了重要依据。在此基础上,设计了符合老年用户需求的适老化智能卫浴产品,旨在提升他们的生活品质和卫浴体验。结果表明,按照所提供方法设计的卫浴产品能满足老年人的实际需求。To improve the design quality of age-friendly intelligent sanitary products and meet the needs of elderly people's lifestyle habits and physical function changes,a new intelligent bathroom product design method is studied by using the Kano-QFD model.Firstly,based on the Kano-QFD model analysis,the specific needs of elderly users for intelligent sanitary products are obtained,and a quality house is constructed to clarify the design objectives.Sub⁃sequently,the sanitary behavior characteristics of the elderly are extracted to provide support for product design.On this basis,an age-friendly intelligent sanitary product that meets the needs of elderly users has been designed,aiming to improve their quality of life and bathroom experience.The results show that the sanitary products designed ac⁃cording to the proposed method can meet the actual needs of the elderly.
