摘 要:市政污泥含有大量水分,体积庞大,且容易对环境造成危害,给后续的处理和处置工作带来了严峻挑战。污泥脱水可以显著减少污泥的体积,从而降低污泥处理和处置的成本。高效的污泥调理技术能够提升脱水性能,实现污泥的减量化。在众多污泥调理技术中,生物沥浸技术和Fenton技术在提高污泥脱水性能方面成效显著。为此,共设计了11组对比实验,实验内容为:对生物沥浸48 h后的污泥再进行1 h不同Fe2+和H2O2投加比例的Fenton处理,旨在探讨这两种技术联合应用的可行性。实验发现:若同时考虑污泥脱水性能的改善程度和实验成本,G组(Fe2+∶H2O2=25.00∶55.00)相较于其他组别效果显著,与原始污泥相比,SRF值降低了95.6%,CST值降低了68.08%,这一结果为市政污泥的有效处理提供了新的技术选择。Municipal sludge contains a lot of water,has a large volume,and is easy to cause harm to the environ⁃ment,bringing severe challenges to the subsequent treatment and disposal work.Sludge dewatering can significantly reduce the volume of sludge,thus reducing the cost of sludge treatment and disposal.Efficient sludge conditioning technology can improve the dewatering performance and realize the sludge reduction.Among numerous sludge conditioning technologies,Bioleaching technology and Fenton technology have achieved remarkable results in im⁃proving sludge dewatering performance.To this end,11 groups of comparative experiments are designed,and the experiment content is:After the 48 hours of Bioleaching,the sludge was subjected to Fenton treatment with differ⁃ent Fe2+and H2O2 addition ratios for 1 hour,aiming to explore the feasibility of the combined application of these two technologies.The experiment found that if the improvement degree of sludge dewatering performance and the experimental cost were considered at the same time,Group G(Fe2+∶H2O2=25.00∶55.00)had a significant effect compared with other groups.Compared with the original sludge,the SRF value decreased by 95.6%and the CST value decreased by 68.08%.This result provides a new technical choice for the effective treatment of municipal sludge.
