摘  要:涉铁桥梁的建设对既有铁路线路运营具有极大风险,因此,在涉铁桥梁施工前,必须对项目进行安全风险评估。首先,通过识别初始风险形成风险源清单,采用LEC法定性评估各风险发生概率并确定风险等级,进而制订相应防范方案和措施。其次,采用midas GTS NX对涉铁桥梁施工中引起的铁路路基位移进行计算,计算结果最大附加沉降位移为2.041 mm、最大附加水平位移为0.177 mm。综合定性和定量分析可知,涉铁桥梁工程施工及运营会对铁路路基变形产生一定影响,但影响值满足规范控制要求。The construction of railway bridges poses great risks to the operation of existing railway lines.Therefore,it is imperative to conduct a safety risk assessment of the project prior to the commencement of construction.Firstly,a risk source list is compiled by identifying initial risks,and the LEC(Likelihood,Exposure,Consequence)method is adopted to qualitatively evaluate the probability of occurrence of each risk and determine the risk level,followed with the formulation of corresponding prevention plans and measures.Secondly,the midas GTS NX soft⁃ware is utilized to calculate the railway subgrade displacement caused by the construction of railway bridges.The calculation results indicate a maximum additional settlement displacement of 2.041 mm and a maximum additional horizontal displacement of 0.177 mm.Through a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis,it can be con⁃cluded that while the construction and operation of railway bridges will have a certain impact on the deformation of railway subgrades,the impact values meet the regulatory control requirements.
