摘  要:皮革产品新零售系统的创新服务模式在推动行业发展、满足消费者需求和提升用户体验方面发挥着重要作用。本文在分析皮革行业发展现状及传统零售方式存在的问题的基础上,重点剖析了新零售系统的架构及特点,探讨皮革产品新零售系统的创新服务模式设计,以期不断引领皮革行业向更加智能化、个性化和可持续发展的方向迈进。Leather products new retail system of innovative service mode plays an important role in promoting the development of the industry,meeting consumer demand and enhancing the user experience The status quo of leather industry development and the existing problems of the traditional retail way were analyzed The architecture and char-acteristics of new retail system were studied The innovation service mode design of the leather products new retail sys-tem was explored,in order to continue to lead the leather industry to more intelligent,personalized and sustainable development direction.
