摘　　要：鞋业是我国传统制造业中的重要一环,探讨工业4.0背景下鞋企的创新发展模式,对于提高产业价值、提升企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文从中国鞋业产业发展现状出发,分析了当前鞋企存在的问题以及在工业4.0背景下所面临的机遇和挑战,提出了在工业4.0背景下鞋企的创新发展模式,助力鞋企在新一轮工业革命中发挥优势,提升企业活力与竞争力,促进中国鞋业创新性发展。As footwear industry is an important part of Chinese traditional manufacturing industry,exploring innova-tive development model for footwear enterprises under the background of Industry 4.0 has great significance in impro-ving industry value and enhancing enterprise competitiveness Problems,opportunities and challenges faced by foot-wear enterprises were analyzed according to present development status of Chinese footwear industry An innovative development model for footwear enterprises under Industry 4.0 was proposed,which can help footwear enterprises ex-ert their advantages,enhance their vitality and competitiveness,and promote innovative development of Chinese foot-wear industry in the new round of industrial revolution.
