摘 要:为分析跑鞋减震性能对慢跑状态下人体膝关节稳定性的具体影响规律,本文邀请15位具有一定慢跑经验的男性大学生为受试者,借助人体动作捕捉系统等工具对其穿着低、中、高减震跑鞋开展慢跑运动时的膝关节运动学、动力学部分指标进行获取并对比。结果表明:当受试者采用前足落地的方式慢跑时,穿着低减震跑鞋时的膝关节稳定性最佳;当受试者采用后足落地的方式慢跑时,穿高减震跑鞋时的膝关节稳定性最佳。两者相比较,受试者采用前足落地搭配低减震跑鞋的方式进行慢跑时,膝关节的稳定性更好。In order to analyze the specific influence of the shock absorption performance of running shoes on the stability of human knee joint under jogging condition,this paper invited 15 male college students with certain jogging experience as research objects,and used the human motion capture system and other tools to obtain and compare the kinematics and dynamics of knee joint when they wore low,medium and high shock absorption running shoes to carry out jogging The results show that the knee joint stability is the best when the subjects are jogging with front foot land-ing When the subjects jog with the rear foot landing,the knee joint stability is best when wearing high-shock absorb-ing running shoes Compared with the two,the knee joint stability is better when the study subjects using the way of jogging with the front foot and low shock absorbing running shoes.
