摘  要:超细纤维合成革以其优异的力学性能深受体育器材制造领域青睐,其作为体育器材制作材料不仅可赋予体育器材较大的机械强度,还可保障体育器材的外观与质感。超细纤维合成革多以可形成随机三维立体结构的非织造基布作为基布,以成束超细纤维加工生成非织造基布,再以聚氨酯浸渍与涂层后进行整理,便可生成外观与质量皆近似天然皮革,甚至部分性能优于天然皮革的合成革。针刺工艺是保证非织造基布质量与性能,提高超细纤维合成革强度与耐磨性的必备利器,可满足体育器材制作需求。据此,本文主要对体育器材用超细纤维合成革的非织造基布针刺工艺进行探究,以期促使非织造基布针刺工艺为合成革产业与体育器材产业的发展保驾护航。Ultrafine fiber synthetic leather is highly favored in the field of sports equipment manufacturing due to its excellent mechanical properties As a material for sports equipment production,it not only endows sports equipment with greater mechanical strength,but also ensures the appearance and texture of sports equipment Ultrafine fiber syn-thetic leather is mostly based on non-woven fabrics that can form a random three-dimensional structure,that is,pro-cessed into bundles of ultrafine fibers to generate non-woven fabrics,and then impregnated and coated with polyure-thane for post-treatment to produce synthetic leather that has an appearance and quality similar to natural leather,and even some properties better than natural leather The needle punching process is an essential tool to ensure the quality and performance of non-woven fabrics,improve the strength and wear resistance of ultrafine fiber synthetic leather,and meet the needs of sports equipment production Based on this,this article mainly explored the needle punching process and properties of non-woven fabrics for ultrafine fiber synthetic leather used in sports equipment,in order to promote the needle punching process of non-woven fabrics to safeguard the development of the synthetic leather indus-try and sports equipment industry.
