摘 要:针对轴承企业生产排程难以应对订单动态扰动事件的问题,提出了考虑订单扰动规则和模型算法相结合的生产智能排程方法。考虑订单变更如插单和撤单等扰动因素,制定基于订单扰动的动态排程规则;以准时交付率、设备利用率、加工成本为优化目标,综合考虑生产时序、加工设备和时间等约束,建立生产排程的多目标协同优化模型;利用改进NSGA-Ⅱ对模型进行求解并实现智能排程。实例验证结果表明,与人工排程相比,智能排程在保证交货期最优及各约束条件的情况下,准时交付率提高66.7%,设备利用率提高8.6%,加工成本降低4.3%,能够实时响应普通订单和紧急订单等订单扰动事件,精准预估交货期,快速响应客户需求。Aimed at the problem that the production scheduling of bearing enterprises is difficult to cope with dynamic disturbance events of orders,an intelligent production scheduling method is proposed considering order disturbance rules and model algorithm.Considering disturbance factors such as insertion and cancellation of orders,the dynamic scheduling rules are formulated based on order disturbances.Taking on-time delivery rate,equipment utilization rate and processing cost as optimization objectives,a multi-objective collaborative optimization model of production scheduling is established by comprehensively considering constraints such as production timing sequence,processing equipment and time.The improved NSGA-Ⅱ is used to solve the model and realize intelligent scheduling.The example verification results show that compared with manual scheduling,intelligent scheduling can improve the on-time delivery rate and equipment utilization rate by 66.7% and 8.6% respectively,and reduce the processing cost by 4.3%under condition of ensuring optimal delivery time and various constraints.It can respond to order disturbance events such as general orders and emergency orders in real time,accurately predict the delivery time,and quickly respond to customer needs.
