摘 要:针对传统球轴承拟静力学模型计算精度低以及收敛困难的问题,提出了根据球与沟道接触状态修正迭代初值的改进算法,在此基础上采用考虑剪切变形的铁摩辛柯梁单元建立轴承在定位预紧、定压预紧下与轴的耦合模型,并以某3套角接触球轴承支承的轴系为研究对象,将所提出的多轴承支承轴系模型与Romax仿真结果对比,轴系变形和轴承支反力一致性较好,证明了模型的正确性,同时相比传统拟静力学模型,改进模型大大提高了轴系在不同工况下的收敛性。Aimed at the problems of low calculation accuracy and difficult convergence of traditional quasi-static models for ball bearings,an improved algorithm is proposed to correct the initial value of iteration based on contact state between balls and raceways.On this basis,a coupling model of the bearings and shaft under fixed position preload and constant pressure preload is established by using a Timoshenko beam element considering shear deformation.Taking a shafting supported by three angular contact ball bearings as research object,the results obtained from proposed model of shafting supported by multiple bearings is compared with Romax simulation results,the shafting deformation and bearing supporting reaction forces are consistent,proving the correctness of the model.Compared with traditional quasi-static models,the improved model greatly improves the convergence of shafting under different working conditions.
