计入空化效应的交叉沟槽型织构动压轴承热流体润滑性能

摘  要:以交叉沟槽型织构动压轴承为研究对象,以量纲一的沟槽宽度Λ、沟槽深度Γ以及沟槽间夹角α为交叉沟槽型织构参数,并基于Fluent软件对织构几何特征方程、黏温方程、完全空化控制方程、静特性参数方程进行模型验证,在考虑流体润滑中存在黏温-空化耦合关系的基础上分析Λ,Γ,α对织构轴承润滑性能的影响。结果表明:相较于定温工况,黏温效应会增大润滑流体空化体积分数,进一步诱导空化效应;交叉沟槽型织构的参数与流体动压润滑性能之间存在耦合关系,α为30°,Λ为0.5,Γ为0.02时,织构轴承润滑性能最好;Λ为0.5,Γ为0.02时,织构轴承的端泄流量大于无织构轴承,增大α可以增大织构轴承的端泄流量。Taking cross-groove textured hydrodynamic bearings as research objects,with dimensionless groove width Λ,groove depth Γ and angle between groovesαas cross-groove texture parameters,and the texture geometric characteristic equation,viscosity-temperature equation,full cavitation governing equation and static characteristic parameter equation are verified based on Fluent software.The influence of Λ,Γ,α on lubrication characteristics of textured bearings is analyzed considering coupling relationship between viscosity-temperature and cavitation in fluid lubrication.The results show that compared with constant temperature condition,the viscosity-temperature effect increases the cavitation volume fraction of lubricating fluid,and further induce the cavitation effect;there is a coupling relationship between cross-groove texture parameters and hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics,whenαis 30°,Λ is 0.5,Γ is 0.02,the lubrication characteristics of textured bearings is the best;when Λ is 0.5 and Γ is 0.02,the side-leakage flow rate of textured bearings is larger than that of non-textured bearings,and the increase ofαincreases the side-leakage flow rate of textured bearings.
