摘  要:针对滚道电蚀导致轴承寿命严重缩短的问题,通过轴承强化寿命试验验证金属抗磨剂对电蚀轴承的延寿效果,结果表明:电蚀对轴承寿命的影响是致命的,轴承产生电蚀后,在循环工作应力的作用下会很快发生缺陷扩展剥落失效,其寿命小于无缺陷新轴承额定寿命的30%,金属抗磨剂对电蚀轴承有表面强化及缺陷边缘钝化作用,可阻止缺陷扩展剥落,从而延长轴承使用寿命。Aimed at the problem that the life of bearings is seriously shortened due to electric erosion defects in raceway,the life-prolonging effect of metal anti-wear additive on bearings with electric erosion is verified by bearing accelerated life test.The results show that the influence of electric erosion on life of bearings is fatal.After the bearings undergo electric erosion,the defect propagation and spalling failure will occur quickly under action of cyclic working stress.The life of bearings is less than 30% of rating life of new bearings without defects.The metal anti-wear additive has surface strengthening and defect edge passivation effect on bearings with electric erosion,which can prevent the defect propagation and spalling,thus prolonging the service life of bearings.
