摘　　要：目的 分析面部埋线提升术联合自体脂肪颗粒移植术对中老年面部轮廓的改善效果。方法 将2023年1月至2024年1月在郑州蒂莱美医疗美容医院寻求面部年轻化的34例中老年患者纳入研究。给予患者面部埋线提升术联合自体脂肪颗粒移植术。比较患者治疗前、治疗3个月后面部皱纹量表(front wrinkle scale,FWS)评分、皱纹严重程度评价量表(wrinkle severity rating scale,WSRS)评分;分析患者不良反应发生率。结果 治疗3个月后,患者FWS、WSRS评分与治疗前比较均有明显下降(P<0.05);患者治疗并发症主要为水肿(41.18%)、疼痛(17.65%)、淤青(32.35%)、左右不对称(5.88%)和面部凹凸不平(5.88%),经对症处理后,并发症迅速缓解,未影响患者远期预后。结论 面部埋线提升术联合自体脂肪颗粒移植术可面部轮廓提升、饱满,具有显著的年轻化效果。Objective To analyze the improvement effect of facial embedding and lifting surgery combined with autologous fat particle transplantation on the facial contour of middle-aged and elderly people.Methods Thirty-four middle-aged and elderly patients seeking facial rejuvenation at Zhengzhou Tilaimei Medical Beauty Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were included in the study.Provide the patient with facial thread embedding lifting surgery combined with autologous fat particle transplantation.Compare the scores of the Front Wrinkle Scale(FWS)and Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale(WSRS)of patients before and after 3 months of treatment;Analyze the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.Results After 3 months of treatment,the patient's FWS and WSRS scores showed a significant decrease compared to before treatment(P<0.05);The main complications of the patient's treatment were edema(41.18%),pain(17.65%),bruising(32.35%),left-right asymmetry(5.88%),and facial unevenness(5.88%).After symptomatic treatment,the complications quickly improved without affecting the patient's long-term prognosis.Conclusions The combination of facial thread embedding and autologous fat particle transplantation can improve and plump facial contours,and has a significant youthful effect.
