改良自体中厚皮片对功能部位深度烧伤创面修复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨功能部位深度烧伤患者采用改良自体中厚皮片对创面修复效果的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月莆田市第一医院烧伤科收治的功能部位深度烧伤患者共计50例,按照治疗方法的不同分成研究组(n=25)与对照组(n=25),对照组采用常规自体中厚皮片治疗,研究组采用改良自体中厚皮片治疗。比较两组创面愈合质量、创面愈合时间、住院时间、瘢痕情况。结果研究组创面愈合总优良率96.00%,高于对照组72.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05);研究组创面愈合(9.65±2.74)d、住院时间(11.47±2.77)d短于对照组(11.52±2.96)d、(13.83±3.12)d,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.318、2.828,P<0.05);研究组温哥华瘢痕量表评分(4.62±0.75)分低于对照组(5.41±1.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.100,P<0.05)。结论功能部位深度烧伤患者采用改良自体中厚皮片治疗,能够提高创面愈合质量,缩短创面愈合、住院时间,改善瘢痕情况。Objective To explore the effect of using modified autologous medium thick skin graft on wound repair in patients with deep functional burns.Methods Fifty patients with deep functional burns admitted to the Burn Department of Putian First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a study group(n=25)and a control group(n=25)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional autologous medium thick skin grafts,while the study group was treated with modified autologous medium thick skin grafts.The wound healing quality,wound healing time,hospital stay,and scar situation in both groups were compared.Results The overall excellent and good rate of wound healing in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than the control group's 72.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05).The wound healing(9.65±2.74)days and hospitalization time(11.47±2.77)days in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(11.52±2.96)days and(13.83±3.12)days,and the difference was statistically significant(t-values were 2.318,2.828,P<0.05).The Vancouver Scar Scale score in the study group(4.62±0.75)was lower than that in the control group(5.41±1.02)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.100,P<0.05).Conclusions The use of modified autologous medium thickness skin grafts for the treatment of deep burns in functional areas can improve the quality of wound healing,shorten wound healing time and hospitalization time,and improve scar conditions.
