叙事护理跟诊模式提高美容整形患者满意度的临床研究

摘　　要：目的应用叙事护理跟诊提高患者满意度。方法选取2023年1月至2024年5月在滨州医学院附属医院美容医学部开展美容整形术式的100例患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用传统的面诊方式,观察组在传统面诊的基础上应用叙事护理跟诊从患者入院前到治疗结束后完整的护理干预,比较两组满意度、抑郁评分和焦虑评分。结果应用叙事护理跟诊观察组的患者在满意度、抑郁自评和焦虑自评方面的调查数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙述护理跟诊模式的应用可以有效提高患者满意度,缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,更加理性接受治疗后效果,值得推广应用。Objective To Apply narrative care follow-up to improve patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent cosmetic plastic surgery in the Department of cosmetic medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2023 to may 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group used the traditional face-to-face consultation,and the observation group applied narrative nursing to follow the complete nursing intervention from the time of admission to the end of treatment on the basis of the traditional face-toface consultation,and compared the differences between the two groups in terms of satisfaction,SDS and SAS.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the data of the observation group in terms of satisfaction,SDS and SAS in the observation group,and the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of narrative nursing follow-up can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce patients'anxiety and depression,and accept the effect of treatment more rationally,which is worthy of promotion and application.
