摘　　要：应急情报在重塑现代化应急管理体系中承担了数据化、智能化的重要角色,识别分析应急情报研究热点与趋势,能为完备应急情报体系、促进应急管理方式蜕变提供决策支持。文章从文献分布特征、科研合作、术语和引文关系等方面对国内外应急情报研究进行计量分析,通过关键词共现、聚类分析提取应急情报研究热点,并根据可视化研究脉络分析总结演化趋势。研究结果显示:当前应急情报研究呈现出面向国家重大需求的融合趋势、应急情报核心研究力量亟待形成、围绕数智转型的多元化发展态势和聚焦公众参与的群众路线倾向的特征,未来研究方向主要有建设应急情报学科、深化应急情报体系、创新应急情报数智技术和探索应急管理情报实践。Emergency intelligence assumes an important role of data and intelligence in reshaping the modern emergency management system,and identifying and analyzing the research hotspots and trends of emergency intelligence(EI)can provide decision support for improving the EI system and promoting the transformation of emergency management approaches.Through a quantitative analysis of domestic and international EI research in terms of literature distribution,research collaboration,terminology,and citation relationships,this paper extracts the hotspots of EI studies using keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis,and summarizes the evolutionary trends based on a visualized network of EI studies.The results show that the current research on emergency intelligence is characterized by its orientation to the major needs of our country,the urgent need for key research forces,the diversified development trend around the transformation of digital intelligence,and the tendency to focus on the mass line with public participation.The future research will mainly go in the directions of building emergency intelligence discipline,deepening emergency intelligence systems,innovating emergency intelligence digital intelligence technology,and exploring emergency management intelligence practice.
