摘  要:在数智时代,现代信息技术已然对聋哑青少年的信息世界产生了深远影响。理解聋哑青少年的信息生活有助于优化聋哑人群的信息环境,提升其在数智时代的幸福感。文章采用质性研究探索聋哑青少年信息世界,通过文字访谈聋哑青少年、深度观察其课内外生活,辅以对聋哑学校教师进行半结构化访谈的方式,依据个人信息世界理论对质性数据进行编码,构建聋哑青少年个人信息世界三维空间理论模型。该模型从内容、边界、动力3个维度分析聋哑青少年的个人信息世界,提出三维模型的内容-边界面、边界-动力面和内容-动力面,探索聋哑青少年信息获取渠道、信息资源积累、信息行为等方面的特殊性,提出聋哑青少年认知信息世界的基础框架和行为模式,有助于更全面深入地了解聋哑人群体及其信息生活。In the age of digital intelligence,modern information technology has had a profound impact on the information world of adolescents who are hearing or speech impaired.Understanding their information lives can help optimize the information environment of deaf-mute people and increase their sense of well-being.This paper conducts a qualitative study of the information world of deaf-mute adolescents.Through textual interviews with deaf-mute teenagers,in-depth observation of their lives inside and outside the classroom,and semi-structured interviews with teachers in schools for the deaf-mute,it encodes the qualitative data based on the theory of personal information world,and develops a three-dimensional theoretical model of the personal information world of deaf-mute adolescents.This study analyzes the personal information world of deaf-mute teenagers from three dimensions:content,boundary and motivation,and proposes the three dimensions of the model:content-boundary dimension,boundary-motivation dimension and content-motivation dimension.By exploring the peculiarities of the deaf-mute adolescents in terms of information access,information resource accumulation,and information behavior,this study presents a basic framework and behavior pattern of deaf adolescents'cognitive information world,which is helpful to understand the deaf-mute community and their information life more comprehensively and deeply.
