摘 要:文中结合福州某既有厂房基础加固项目,针对既有厂房内部空间特点,设计了3种单桩竖向抗压承载力试验方法并进行了比选分析。结果表明,单桩竖向抗压静载试验更为直观、准确,应优先选用。在有限空间内,压重平台的搭设应进行一定调整,锚桩反力平台体积小、占地小,适合在有限空间内使用,但应注意对锚桩进行监测。Based on the foundation reinforcement project of an existing factory building in Fuzhou,three single pile vertical compressive bearing capacity test methods were designed and compared for the limited internal space of the existing factory building.The results indicate that the vertical compressive static load test of a single pile is more intuitive and accurate,and should be prioritized;The installation of the weighing plaform in a limited space should be adjusted to a certain extent;The anchor pile reaction platform has a small volume and occupies a small ar-ea,making it extremely suitable for use in limited spaces.However,attention should be paid to monitoring the anchor piles.
