隐框玻璃幕墙硅酮结构密封胶安全性评级探析

摘　　要：文中以某大厦隐框玻璃幕墙硅酮结构密封胶为例,通过力学性能试验(剥离黏结破坏面积、拉伸黏接强度、邵氏硬度及最大拉伸强度时伸长率),得出所试验构件共有1个d_(u)级构件、9个c_(u)构件、2个b_(u)级构件,同时进行承载力验算(黏结宽度、黏结厚度),得出所有构件均符合要求,评为a_(u)级。最终结合力学性能试验及承载力验算结果,得出子单元硅酮结构密封胶评为C,级,并建议针对不符合要求的密封胶进行局部替换处理,同时将原隐框幕墙改为半隐框幕墙或明框幕墙,以期为后续类似工程项目提供借鉴参考。Taking the silicone structural sealant for the glass curtain wall of a building as an example,the mechanical properties of silicone structural sealant were tested,including the debonding bond failure area,tensile bond strength,shore hardness and elongation at maximum ten-sile strength,it is concluded that there are 1-stage,9-stage and 2-stage members in the tested members.At the same time,the bearing ca-pacity(bond width,bond thickness)is checked.Finally,combined with the results of mechanical properties test and bearing capacity check,the sub-unit silicone structural sealant was rated as grade.At the same time,the original hidden frame curtain wall should be changed into semi-hidden frame curtain wall or open frame curtain wall.
