摘 要:文中以贵阳市某高层建筑为例,对高层住宅地下室顶板厚板转换结构及基础结构的设计方法进行分析,并就施工后建筑结构基础变形以及楼板结构的应力分布进行研究。结果表明,小震水平地震工况下,转换板最大拉应力为2.15 N/mm^(2);中震工况条件下,厚板的抗剪切应力为180 563 kN,厚板的抗冲切应力为17 500 kN,桩身的压缩量为7.2 mm。顶板楼板应力范围在0.52~0.89 MPa,负一层顶板楼板的应力范围在0.12~1.2 MPa,整体建筑结构的X向底层剪重比为8.1%,Y向底层剪重比为7.3%,所有的验算指标均满足设计方案及GB 50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》要求。Taking a high-rise building in Guiyang City as an example,this paper analyzes the design method of thick slab transfer structure and foundation structure of high-rise residential basement,and studies the deformation of foundation and stress distribution of floor structure af-ter construction.The results show that the maximum tensile stress of the transfer plate is 2.15 N/mm^(2) under small horizontal seismic conditions,and the shear stress of the thick plate under medium seismic conditions is 180563 kN.The impact shear stress of the thick plate is 17500 kN;The compression of pile body is 7.2 mm;The stress range of the roof floor is 0.52~0.89 MPa,the stress range of the negative roof floor is 0.12~1.2 MPa,and the X-to-bottom shear weight ratio of the overall building structure is 8.1%,and the Y-to-bottom shear weight ratio is 7.3%.All the checking indexes meet the requirements of the design scheme and GB 50010—2010 Code for Design of Concrete Structure.
