超大直径泥水平衡盾构隧道施工通风计算及设备选型研究

摘  要:文中依托济南黄河盾构隧道工程,根据相关规范、卫生标准对大直径泥水平衡盾构隧道各工况下最低需风量进行计算,并根据最大需风量及风压进行通风方式设计及设备选型。计算结果表明,按排尘风速计算需风量为盾构隧道最大需风量2 730 m^(3)/min,最大风压为4 350 Pa,采用直径2 m单风筒送风即可满足现场通风需求,该结果可为类似工程提供一定参考。Based on the Jinan Yellow River shield tunnel project,this paper calculates the minimum required air volume under various working conditions of large-diameter slurry balance shield tunnel according to relevant specifications and health standards,and designs the ventilation mode and equipment selection according to the maximum required air volume and air pressure.The calculation results show that the required air volume calculated according to the dust exhaust wind speed is the maximum required air volume of the shield tunnel,the size is 2730 m^(3)/min,and the maximum air pressure is 4350 Pa.Using a single air duct with a diameter of 2 m can meet the on-site ventilation requirements.The re-search results can provide some reference value for similar projects.
