摘  要:为了优化高层建筑暖通空调管道支撑结构,文中建立高压管道虚拟仿真模型,分析法兰安装位置对管道位移角以及挠度的影响规律,并分析水平弯头角度对管道综合应力和轴向应力的影响。结果表明,法兰位置越靠近端点,管道各处的挠度及位移角越小,当到达近端点时,管道的挠度达到最低。随着弯曲角度的增加,管道一次应力百分比表现为近似线性降低的变化规律,斜率为0.019%;管道温度为5、20、35℃时的弯头轴向应力,随着弯曲角度的增加,分别表现为先下降后稳定及先增加后稳定的规律;安装态(20℃)条件下,弯头的轴向应力不随弯曲角度的变化而变化,一直稳定在38MPa以下,比其他两种温度的稳定应力高了21%。In order to optimize the support structure of HVAC pipeline in high-rise buildings,a virtual simulation model of high-pressure pipeline was established to analyze the influence law of flange installation position on the displacement Angle and deflection of pipeline,and the influence of horizontal elbow Angle on the comprehensive stress and axial stress of pipeline was analyzed.The results show that the deflection and displacement Angle of the pipe are smaller as the flange position is closer to the end point,and the deflection reaches the lowest when the pipe reaches the end point.With the increase of bending Angle,the percentage of primary stress of the pipeline shows an approximate linear decrease,and the slope is 0.019%.When the pipe temperature is 5.20、35℃,the axial stress of the elbow decreases first and then becomes stable with the increase of the bending Angle,and the axial stress increases first and then becomes stable.Under the condition of installation state(20 C),the axial stress of the elbow does not change with the change of bending Angle,and has been stable at 38 MPa level,which is 21%higher than the stable stress of the other two temperatures.
