摘  要:文中对南昌双创中心工程进行了现场调查,查明了基坑内部的地层构成、各个岩土层的物理性质、使用要求,选出最佳的深基坑支护方案。利用钻孔灌注桩的强度和水泥土搅拌桩止水效果好的特点,确定采用钻孔灌注桩加水泥土搅拌桩支护体系,该支护体系对基坑周边环境要求较高的软土地区工程适用性良好,有效减少了地质灾害事故,保障了工程施工安全,具有较高的推广应用价值。The article conducted an on-site investigation of the Nanchang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center project,identified the geo-logical composition inside the foundation pit,the physical properties of each rock and soil layer,and the usage requirements,and selected the best deep foundation pit support plan.By fully utilizing the strength of bored piles and the good waterproofing effect of cement soil mixing piles,the final decision was made to adopt a support system of bored piles and cement soil mixing piles.This support system has good applicability to soft soil areas with high environmental requirements around the foundation pit,effectively reducing geological disasters and accidents,ensuring construction safety,and has high promotion and application value.
