联排倒模公路混凝土护栏制养一体化施工研究

摘　　要：为提升交通安全设施对行车安全的防护能力,混凝土护栏在护栏中的应用比例大幅提高,但是传统混凝土护栏施工方法效率低、成本高。固定式联排倒模公路混凝土护栏制养一体施工工艺具有无需反复组装、拆除模板,减少大量工序,省时省力等特点,另外还具有节约用地,提升产品质量,模块化、全天候生产、便于管理,节约成本、缩短工期等优点,能够大大提高混凝土护栏的生产效率和产品质量,对混凝土护栏的推广使用具有很好的促进作用。In order to enhance the protective ability of traffic safety facilities for driving safety,the application proportion of concrete guardrails in guardrails has significantly increased.However,traditional construction methods for concrete guardrails are inefficient and costly.The inte-grated construction technology of fixed row inverted formwork for highway concrete guardrails has the characteristics of no need for repeated as-sembly and removal of formwork,reducing a large number of processes,saving time and effort.In addition,it also has the advantages of saving land,improving product quality,modularity,all-weather production,easy management,cost savings,and shortened construction period.It can greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality of concrete guardrails,and has a good promoting effect on the promotion and use of concrete guardrails.
