装配式灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板的收缩性能分析

摘  要:为分析装配式灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板的收缩性能,文中针对不同掺量减缩剂以及纤维素对装配式灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板收缩率的影响进行试验。结果表明,随着养护温度以及湿度的增加,装配式灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板收缩率及其增加速率均有所降低。掺加减缩剂后,装配式灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板收缩率有所降低,且随着减缩剂掺量的增加表现为先降低后增加的变化规律,确定最佳的减缩剂掺量为3%。掺加纤维素后,装配式灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板收缩率有所降低,且随着纤维素掺量的增加表现为不断降低的变化规律,基于本研究的测试条件,确定最佳的纤维素掺量为0.5%。掺入外掺剂可有效提升装配式灰渣混凝土空心隔墙板的收缩性能。In order to analyze the shrinkage performance of prefabricated cinder concrete hollow partition board,the effects of different addi-tives and cellulose on the shrinkage of prefabricated cinder concrete hollow partition board were tested in this paper.The results show that with the increase of curing temperature and humidity,the shrinkage rate and the rate of shrinkage increase of prefabricated cinder concrete hollow partition board decrease.With the addition of reducing agent,the shrinkage rate of the prefabricated cinder concrete hollow partition board de-creases,and the change law shows that the shrinkage rate decreases first and then increases with the increase of reducing agent content.The optimal reducing agent content is 3%.After the addition of cellulose,the shrinkage rate of the prefabricated cinder concrete hollow partition board decreased,and showed a constant decreasing change rule with the increase of cellulose content.Based on the test conditions in this pa-per,the optimal cellulose content was determined to be 0.5%.The shrinkage performance of prefabricated cinder concrete hollow partition panel can be effectively improved by adding the additive.
