摘 要:为确保钻孔灌注桩的后注浆效果,文中结合工程实际条件,开展桩基后注浆施工设计,通过桩基现场承载力检测,评价桩基后注浆的成桩效果。结果表明,注浆泵型号设计为SGB6-10型,运输软管采用橡胶管,注浆量与桩周地层性质相关,且后注浆初期、后期注浆压力为2~3 MPa,中期注浆压力为1~2 MPa。同时,经现场承载力检测,后注浆能有效提升桩基承载力,但对桩基荷载承载力的提高幅度存在一定差异,且桩长、桩径对后注浆的承载力提升效果有显著影响,主要表现为对端桩、小桩径的提升效果较优。To ensure the post grouting effect of drilled cast-in-place piles,this article combines the actual engineering conditions and first car-ries out the design of post grouting construction for pile foundations.Through on-site bearing capacity testing of pile foundations,the pile form-ing effect of post grouting is evaluated.The analysis results show that,in combination with engineering practice,the grouting pump model is designed as SGB6-10,and the transportation hose is made of rubber pipes.The grouting amount is related to the properties of the surrounding strata,and the grouting pressure in the early and late stages of post grouting is 2-3 MPa,and the grouting pressure in the middle stage is 1-2 MPa.At the same time,through on-site bearing capacity testing,post grouting can effectively improve the bearing capacity of pile founda-tions.However,there is a certain difference in the extent to which post grouting improves the bearing capacity of pile foundations.Moreover,the pile length and diameter have a significant impact on the bearing capacity improvement effect of post grouting,mainly manifested as the bet-ter effect on the end pile and small pile diameter.
