摘　　要：为提升外墙保温施工质量,文中以某老旧小区改造工程为例,分析了提升建筑节能效果的施工方案。该方案通过黏锚结合的安装方式,解决既有建筑外墙施工中的诸多问题,对比分析不同抗裂砂浆涂抹方案对裂缝宽度和长度的影响,以确保施工质量满足设计要求,提高建筑的安全性和耐久性。In order to improve the quality of external wall insulation construction,this paper takes the renovation project of an old residential area as an example,and puts forward the construction scheme to improve the building energy efficiency.The scheme solves many problems in the construction of the external wall of the existing building through the installation of the adhesive anchor,and compares and analyzes the in-fluence of different anti-crack mortar coating schemes on the width and length of cracks,so as to ensure that the construction quality meets the design requirements and improve the safety and durability of the building.
