摘 要:文中以某超高层建筑为例,对钢管约束型钢混凝土柱的设计及施工进行了深入探析,并利用有限元软件模拟分析了该构件的力学性能。结果表明,设置斜拉加劲肋后的极限承载力为510kN,比未设置加筋肋的极限承载力提高了27.5%,斜拉加劲肋可限制钢管向外鼓曲,增强加劲肋的约束作用。通过对施工后钢管约束型钢混凝土柱变形以及混凝土强度进行检测,柱的垂直度偏差以及平行度偏差分别为1.3、2.6mm,且其浇筑完成后柱,混凝土表面无破损,抗压强度满足设计要求,表明采用上述的设计方案安全可靠。Taking a super high-rise building as an example,the design and construction of steel tube restrained steel concrete column are deeply analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the design are simulated by finite element software.The simulation results show that the ulti-mate bearing capacity with cable-stayed stiffener is 510 kN,which is 27.5%higher than that without cable-stayed stiffener.The cable-stayed stiffener can limit the outward bending of the steel pipe and enhance the restraining effect of the stiffener.Through testing the deformation and strength of the steel tubular restrained steel concrete column after construction,the perpendicularity deviation and parallelism deviation of the column are 1.3 mm and 2.6 mm respectively,and the concrete surface of the column is not damaged after pouring,and the compressive strength meets the design requirements,indicating that the design scheme adopted above is safe and reliability.
