摘  要:临江漫滩场地条件下,地基土分布极其不均,地层物理力学性质差异较大,在此地基土上建造异型建筑,控制建筑的差异沉降是地基处理设计的重难点。文中结合“长白山紫玉漫江湾5号地建设项目一期酒店”项目,详细介绍了在漫滩地质条件下,设计采用CFG桩复合地基处理地基土,实现承载力、沉降满足设计要求,并节约大量造价的工程设计实例,对类似地层及结构荷载条件下进行CFG桩复合地基设计有很好的借鉴意义。Under the conditions of the Linjiang floodplain site,the distribution of the base soil is extremely uneven,and there are significant differences in the physical and mechanical properties of the strata.Building irregular buildings on this foundation soil and controlling the differ-ential settlement of the buildings are the key and difficult points of foundation treatment design.This article combines the"Changbai Mountain Ziyu Manjiangwan No.5 Construction Project Phase I Hotel"project to introduce in detail the engineering design example of using CFG pile composite foundation to treat foundation soil under the geological conditions of the floodplain,achieving bearing capacity and settlement to meet design requirements,and saving a lot of cost.It has good reference significance for the design of CFG pile composite foundation under similar geological and structural load conditions.
