摘  要:为研究典型口罩产品生产碳足迹大小及其影响因素,基于碳足迹理论对医用外科口罩、KN95(纱布)口罩、KN95(4层不带阀)口罩、KN95(5层不带阀)口罩和KN95(4层带阀)口罩等5款典型口罩产品生产碳足迹进行核算和分析。结果表明:相同声明单位的KN95(纱布)口罩生产碳足迹最大,医用外科口罩的生产碳足迹最小;设备机构驱动、超声波焊接、口罩厚度、呼吸阀开孔等因素影响口罩生产碳足迹大小,且通常情况下设备机构驱动对口罩生产碳足迹的影响最大。To investigate the carbon footprint of typical masks production and its influence factors,the carbon footprint of five typical masks production,including surgical masks,KN95(gauze)masks,KN95(four-layer without exhalation valve)masks,KN95(five-layer without exhalation valve)masks,and KN95(four-layer with exhalation valve)masks,was calculated and analyzed based on the carbon footprint theory.The results showed that the carbon footprint of KN95(gauze)masks production,with the same declared unit,was the largest,while the carbon footprint of medical surgical masks production was the smallest.Factors such as equipment mechanism drive,ultrasonic welding,mask thickness,and breathing valve opening affect the carbon footprint of masks production,and the equipment mechanism drive usually being the most significant influencing factor under normal circumstances has the greatest impact on the carbon footprint of masks production.
