摘  要:为促进包覆锭子及包覆纱的技术进步,从包覆锭子的制造端、包覆纱主要原材料氨纶等方面分析包覆锭子在我国的发展现状,从大卷装纱管、节能与电锭化、反常规设计思路等方面探讨包覆锭子的技术发展趋势及设计思路。指出:包覆锭子将继续保持稳步增长态势,应同时满足重载、高速的要求;电锭具有生产效率较高、节能、低噪声、适合多品种小批量等特性;电机锭子一体化设计和分体化设计都需要主机制造企业的共同参与和技术协调,应对锭子的重要技术指标进行实时监测、报警,能通过主机控制器自动调整。In order to promote the technical progress of covered spindle and covered yarn,the development status of covered spindle in China is analyzed from manufacturing end of covered spindle,the main raw material spandex of covered yarn,and so on.Technical development trends and design ideas of covered spindle are discussed from the aspects of large package bobbin,energy saving and electric spindle,unconventional design ideas,and so on.It is pointed out that the covered spindle will continue to grow steadily and should meet the requirements of heavy load and high speed at the same time.The electrical spindle has the characteristics of high production efficiency,energy saving,low noise,and is suitable for many varieties and small batches,and so on.Both the integration design and the split design of motor and spindle need the joint participation and technical coordination of the main engine manufacturing enterprises,and the important technical indexes of spindles should be monitored and alarmed in real time,which can be automatically adjusted by the main engine controller.
