摘 要:为了适应市场全球化、品种多样化发展趋势,提高非棉纤维的可纺性,通过分析棉纺企业现有产品研发机构及人才市场滞后的现状,概括毛、麻、丝纺生产中原料选择要点和纺纱工艺流程优化;详述棉纺设备的优势、非棉产品在前纺生产中存在的技术瓶颈,并提出改善纤维可纺性的措施。指出:纺纱技术要跨行业、跨界、跨学科进行学习交流,通过改革才能打通技术壁垒;借鉴毛、麻、丝纺设备及工艺优势以适应灵活多变的品种更新及设备工艺调整;不断完善棉纺设备体系的功能化、智能化和便捷化;发挥5G+AI、大数据与云计算智能化的作用,使棉纺企业实现资源储存,智能优化、决策、推荐与共享。In order to adapt to the trend of market globalization and variety diversification,and improve the spinnability of non-cotton fibers,by analyzing the current situation of product R&D institutions and talent market lagging of cotton spinning enterprises,the main points of raw material selection and spinning process optimization in wool,hemp and silk spinning are summarized.The advantages of cotton spinning equipment,and the technical bottleneck of non-cotton products in pre-spinning production are described in detail,and the measures to improve the spinnability of fiber are put forward.It is pointed out that spinning technology needs cross-industry,cross-boundary,and cross-disciplinary learning and exchange,and the technical barriers can be broken through by reform.Wool,hemp,silk spinning equipment,and process advantages are used for reference to adapt to the flexible variety renewal and equipment process adjustment.The functionalization,intelligentization,and convenience of cotton spinning equipment systems should be constantly improved.The role of 5G+AI,big data and cloud computing intelligence should be played to enable cotton spinning enterprises to achieve resource storage,intelligent optimization,decision-making,recommendation and sharing.
