摘 要:为了解决鞋带束头组装人工作业劳动强度大、生产效率低且产品质量差异大的问题,模拟人工组装鞋带束头工艺,基于机电一体化的综合应用,开发设计全自动鞋带束头组装机,该机可1次完成工艺步骤,实现单人操作1台设备的模式;通过工艺流程及各工序部件功能2方面,分析该机机械部分设计方案;以电气控制组件、电气控制架构、电气部件设计为主,详述该机电气部分设计方案。指出:相较于人工作业,全自动鞋带束头组装机用工人数由5人减少至1人,工作效率提高了2倍,产品不良率处于可接受精度范围内,操作方便、品质稳定。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low production efficiency and great product quality difference in shoelace bundle head assembly of manual operation,a full-automatic shoelace bundle head assembling machine is developed and designed based on the comprehensive application of mechanical-electrical integration,simulating the manual shoelace bundle head assembling process.The full-automatic shoelace bundle head assembling machine can complete the process steps once,and realize the mode of single person operating one device.The design scheme of the mechanical part of the full-automatic shoelace bundle head assembling machine is analyzed from aspects of process flow and function of each process component.The design scheme of the electrical part of the full-automatic shoelace bundle head assembling machine is described in detail based on the electrical control components,the electrical control architecture and the design of electrical components.It is pointed out that compared with manual operation,the number of workers in the full-automatic shoelace bundle head assembling machine is reduced from five to one,the working efficiency is increased by two times,the defective rate of products is within the acceptable precision range,and the operation is convenient and the quality is stable.
