摘 要:为了推进企业节能减排,促进“双碳”目标下化纤行业节能降碳工作的开展,从“双碳”工作的背景及要求入手,结合企业调研以及我国化纤行业的基本情况,详述我国化纤行业节能降碳的重要性与可行性;根据化纤行业的用能现状,从用能设备分类、主要能源消耗种类、能量损耗原因方面分析其节能潜力,提出节能降碳的有效途径。指出:减少碳足迹、发展低碳产品已经成为化纤行业发展的必然趋势;做好企业信息化建设、设备管理和生产工艺优化,开展废水、废热处理与回用,采用节能照明系统以及做好绿色供应链管理等,有助于化纤企业节能降碳;未来化纤行业应继续探索和完善节能减排的有效路径。In order to promote energy saving and emission reduction in enterprises and promote the development of energy saving and carbon reduction work in chemical fiber industry under the objectives of“Dual Carbon”,the importance and feasibility of energy saving and carbon reduction in chemical fiber industry in China are described in detail from the background and requirements of“Dual Carbon”work,combined with enterprise research and the basic situation of chemical fiber industry in China.According to the present situation of energy consumption in chemical fiber industry,the energy saving potential of chemical fiber industry is analyzed from the classification of energy-using equipment,main energy consumption types and energy loss reasons,and effective ways of energy saving and carbon reduction are put forward.It is pointed out that reducing carbon footprint and developing low carbon products have become the inevitable trend of the development of chemical fiber industry.Doing a good job in enterprise information construction,equipment management and production process optimization,carrying out waste heat and waste water treatment and reuse,adopting energy saving lighting systems and doing a good job in green supply chain management will be helpful to energy saving and carbon reduction for chemical fiber enterprises.In the future,the chemical fiber industry should continue to explore and improve the effective path of energy saving and emission reduction.
