高吸盐水羧甲基纤维素基凝胶织物的制备及其性能

摘  要:为解决现有吸水材料制备时间长、吸盐水能力有限的问题,在羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)聚合过程中引入液态金属/氯化胆碱(LM/PDES)体系,通过接枝-交联共聚和冷冻干燥策略在高温碱处理涤纶织物表面沉积聚合CMC-P(AA-AMPS)/LM/PDES凝胶,制备了高吸盐水CMC基凝胶织物。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明CMC、PAA和PAMPS之间形成化学交联作用,LM/PDES体系中的Ga^(3+)离子与羧基(-COOH)之间产生配位作用,且凝胶结构呈现典型的大孔特性。得益于CMC-P(AA-AMPS)/LM/PDES凝胶结构上的孔洞结构、阴离子基团(-COOH、-HSO_(3))的亲水和静电作用,为凝胶织物吸收液体提供驱动力和空间。CMC-P(AA-AMPS)/LM/PDES凝胶织物对去离子水、生理盐水(0.9%)和合成尿的吸收能力分别可达460、60、55;此外,凝胶织物表现出优异的透气性,可保证人体穿着舒适性。研究结果为提高吸水材料对含电解质水溶液的吸收能力提供理论参考。To solve the problem of long preparation time and limited saline absorption capacity of existing water absorption materials the liquid metal/choline chloride(LM/PDES)system was introduced in the polymerization process of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),acrylic acid(AA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS).CMC-P(AA-AMPS)/LM/PDES gel was deposited and polymerized on the surface of high temperature alkali treated polyester fabric by grafting and crosslinking copolymerization and freeze-drying.FTIR and SEM indicate chemical cross-linking between CMC,PAA and PAMPS,coordination between the Ga^(3+)ion in the LM/PDES system and the carboxyl group(—COOH),and the gel structure showed typical macroporous properties.The hydrophilic and electrostatic interaction of the CMC-P(AA-AMPS)/LM/PDES gel structure and the anionic groups(-COOH,-HSO_(3)),provide the driving force and space for the absorption of liquid in the gel fabric.The absorption capacity of CMC-P(AA-AMPS)/LM/PDES gel fabric for deionized water,normal saline(0.9%)and synthetic urine can reach 460,60 and 55 respectively;in addition,the gel fabric shows excellent air permeability to ensure wearing comfort for the human body.This paper provides a theoretical reference for improving the absorption capacity of water bent materials to aqueous solutions.
