摘 要:针对二元高硅氧玻璃纤维易遭受侵蚀,稳定性差,难以纺织加工以及现有通用型浸润剂难以从根本上避免水对玻璃纤维原丝侵蚀的问题,以植物油为原料,通过碱催化酯交换的方法对其进行改性,制备出黏度低、稳定性好的环保型浸润剂介质组分——植物油甲酯,并将其与抗氧化剂和成膜剂共混得到二元高硅氧玻璃纤维浸润剂。对比分析了植物油改性前后的化学结构、平均分子量和黏度、稳定性,对浸润剂的涂覆性及原纱的集束性、力学性能进行表征,研究了浸润剂对原纱酸沥滤工艺的影响。结果表明,改性后的植物油甲酯分子量及黏度明显降低、稳定性好,所制备的浸润剂可以有效保护二元高硅氧玻璃纤维原纱的结构,其断裂强力损失率指标满足企业要求,改善了纤维加工性能,为高硅氧玻璃纤维产业的发展提供参考。In response to the problems of binary high-silica glass fibers to erosion,poor stability,difficulties in textile processing,and the challenge of preventing water erosion of glass fiber strands by existing universal impregnating agents,vegetable oil was used as raw material,which is modified by alkali-catalysed ester exchange method to prepare an environmentally friendly infiltrant medium component-vegetable oil methyl ester,which has low viscosity and good stability,and blending it with antioxidants and film-forming agents to obtain a binary high silica glass fiber wetting agent.The chemical structure,average molecular weight,viscosity,and stability of vegetable oil before and after modification were compared and analyzed.The coating properties of the infiltrating agent and the bundling and mechanical properties of the raw yarn were characterized,and the influence of the infiltrating agent on the acid leaching process of the raw yarn was studied.The results show that the molecular weight and viscosity of modified vegetable oil methyl ester are significantly reduced,and the stability is good.The prepared infiltrating agent can effectively protect the structure of binary high silica glass fiber raw yarn,and its fracture strength loss rate index meets the requirements of enterprises,improving fiber processing performance and providing reference for the development of high-silica glass fiber industry.
