清热化湿逐瘀汤联合红藤方保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨清热化湿逐瘀汤联合红藤方保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择利津县中心医院妇科于2020年11月至2021年12月收治的70例湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组行康妇炎胶囊治疗,观察组行清热化湿逐瘀汤联合红藤方保留灌肠治疗,比较两组治疗效果、中医症候积分、疼痛情况及性功能、复发率、炎症因子水平。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症候积分、疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组性功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热化湿逐瘀汤联合红藤方保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的效果较好,能改善临床症状,降低炎症因子水平、复发率,提升性功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingre Huashi Zhuyu Decoction combined with Hongtengfang retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of stagnant dampness-heat type.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of stagnant dampness-heat type admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Lijin County Central Hospital from November 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuyan Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Huashi Zhuyu Decoction combined with Hongtengfang retention enema.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain,sexual function,recurrence rate,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Huashi Zhuyu Decoction combined with Hongtengfang retention enema has a good effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of stagnant dampness-heat type,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory factor level,recurrence rate,and promote sexual function.
