阿奇霉素联合阴道填塞止血吸附栓治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨采用阿奇霉素及阴道填塞止血吸附栓联合治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的效果。方法选取2023年9月至12月山东省龙口市妇幼保健院收治的110例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,采取随机抽签法分为两组,各55例。对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组应用阿奇霉素联合阴道填塞止血吸附栓治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果与对照组治疗总有效率比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);观察组相关症状消失时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为3.64%,低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞介素-4、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿奇霉素与阴道填塞止血吸附栓联合治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎,可以缩短症状消失时间,降低炎症因子水平及不良反应,提升治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Azithromycin combined with Vaginal Tamponade Hemostatic Adsorption Suppository in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods A total of 110 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis admitted to Longkou Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Shandong Province from September to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random lottery method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Vaginal Tamponade Hemostatic Adsorption Suppository.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The disappearance time of related symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.64%,which was lower than 18.18%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Vaginal Tamponade Hemostatic Adsorption Suppository in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions,and impro ve the therapeutic effect.
