摘　　要：目的探讨水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年12月自贡市第一人民医院收治的230例原发性肠套叠患儿的临床资料,其中超声引导下水压灌肠复位治疗的患儿纳入研究组(118例),X线下空气灌肠复位的患儿纳入对照组(112例)。比较两组灌肠情况(复位成功率、中转手术率以及72 h内复发、再次灌肠率)、临床症状缓解时间(呕吐、腹痛缓解时间以及肛门排便恢复时间)。结果两组复位成功率、中转手术率以及72 h内复发、再次灌肠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组呕吐、腹痛缓解时间以及肛门排便恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床效果较好,可加快临床症状的缓解,促进肠道功能恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hydrostatic enema in the treatment of pediatric intussusception.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 230 children with primary intussusception admitted to Zigong First People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023.Among them,the children treated with ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema reduction were included in the study group(118 cases),and the children treated with air enema reduction under X-ray were included in the control group(112 cases).The enema situation(success rate of reduction,rate of conversion to surgery,recurrence and re-enema rate within 72 hours),clinical symptom relief time(vomiting and abdominal pain relief time and anal defecation recovery time)were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in success rate of reduction,rate of conversion to surgery,recurrence and re-enema rate within 72 hours between the two groups(P>0.05).The vomiting and abdominal pain relief time and anal defecation recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrostatic enema in the treatment of pediatric intussusception has good clinical effect,which can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of intestinal function,and is worth popularizing.
