摘　　要：目的探讨喉罩麻醉在小儿四肢骨折手术中的应用效果。方法选取博兴兴福手足外科医院2023年1月至12月收治的88例四肢骨折患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法将其分为参照组、试验组,每组44例。参照组接受气管插管麻醉,试验组接受喉罩麻醉,比较两组血流动力学指标、并发症总发生率、应激指标、麻醉效果。结果试验组术中切皮时、拔除喉罩/气管导管时的心率、平均动脉压低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组术后心钠素、去甲肾上腺素、血清皮质醇水平低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组阻滞完全、苏醒、复苏室停留时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论喉罩麻醉在小儿四肢骨折手术中的应用效果较好,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia in pediatric limb fracture surgery.Methods A total of 88 children with limb fracture admitted to Boxing Xingfu Hand and Foot Surgery Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the odd-even method,they were divided into reference group and experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group received tracheal intubation anesthesia,while the experimental group received laryngeal mask anesthesia.The hemodynamic indexes,total complication rate,stress indexes,and anesthesia effect were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group during incision and laryngeal mask/tracheal catheter removal were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).The levels of cardiac natriuretic hormone,norepinephrine,and serum cortisol in experimental group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.05).The time of block complete,recovery,and resuscitation room stay of experimental group was shorter than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal mask anesthesia has a good effect in pediatric limb fracture surgery,which is worth popularizing.
