足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗剖宫产术后腹胀的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗剖宫产术后腹胀的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月滨州医学院附属医院的100例剖宫产术后腹胀患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为肌注组与穴位组,每组各50例。肌注组采用肌内注射新斯的明,穴位组采用足三里穴位注射新斯的明。比较两组治疗效果、术后临床指标、中医症状评分及不良反应。结果穴位组治疗总有效率高于肌注组(P<0.05)。穴位组肛门首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间短于肌注组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症状评分均低于治疗前,且穴位组中医症状评分低于肌注组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射新斯的明在剖宫产术后腹胀患者中有较好的干预效果,不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint in the treatment of abdominal distension after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section in the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into intramuscular injection group and acupoint group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Neostigmine intramuscular injection was used in the intramuscular injection group,and Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint was used in the acupoint group.The therapeutic effect,postoperative clinical indexes,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of acupoint group was higher than that of intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and first defecation time in acupoint group were shorter than those in intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in acupoint group were lower than those in intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint has better intervention effect and fewer adverse reactions in patie nts with abdominal distension after cesarean section.
