孕早期复发性流产经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测子宫血流动力学变化的意义

摘　　要：目的分析孕早期复发性流产经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测子宫血流动力学变化的意义。方法选取2022年2月至2023年7月乌鲁木齐市中医医院的30例复发性流产孕妇作为观察组,另选取30例健康孕妇作为对照组。两组均在孕早期给予经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组子宫血流动力学指标。结果观察组子宫收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期峰值流速(S/D)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。流产>4次孕妇S/D、PI、RI高于流产3~4次孕妇(P<0.05)。结论孕早期复发性流产使用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查可发现子宫血流动力学异常,复发性流产孕妇子宫动脉S/D、PI、RI值均升高。Objective To analyze the significance of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in detecting uterine hemodynamic changes of recurrent abortion in early pregnancy.Methods A total of 30 pregnant women with recurrent abortion in Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the observation group,and another 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.Both groups were given transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early pregnancy to compare the uterine hemodynamics indexes between the two groups.Results The uterine peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity(S/D),pulsation index(PI),and resistance index(RI)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The S/D,PI,and RI of pregnant women with>4 abortions were higher than those of pregnant women with 3-4 abortions(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can detect abnormal uterine hemodynamics of recurrent abortion in early pregnancy,the S/D,PI,and RI values of uterine artery are inc reased in pregnant women with recurrent abortion.
