舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年5月至2023年5月在安丘市人民医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的92例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(46例,行常规护理)和试验组(46例,在对照组基础上行舒适护理),观察两组心理状态、躯体疼痛程度、舒适度、睡眠质量改善情况,以及护理质量评分。结果干预后,试验组广泛性焦虑障碍量表及患者健康问卷抑郁量表评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);干预后,试验组数字评分法及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分较对照组更低,Kolcaba简化舒适状况量表评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);试验组服务态度、心理支持、疼痛护理及环境护理评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者中应用,能够改善负面情绪,减轻躯体疼痛程度,提高睡眠质量及护理质量。Objective To observe the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Anqiu People’s Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(46 cases,routine nursing)and the experimental group(46 cases,comfort nursing on the basis of the control group)by random number table method.The psychological state,degree of body pain,comfort,improvement status of sleep quality,and nursing quality score of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the scores of the generalized anxiety disorder 7-item scale and patient health questionnaire-9 of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the numerical rating scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,psychological support,pain care,and environmental care in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery can improve negative emotions,reduce body pain,and improve sleep quality and nursing quality.
