摘　　要：目的探讨焦点式心理护理联合短周期健康行为干预在女性慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果。方法将济南市第三人民医院100例女性慢性支气管炎患者纳入研究,研究时间为2022年6月至2023年6月,采用随机数字表法分为两组。观察组(50例)予以焦点式心理护理联合短周期健康行为干预,对照组(50例)予以常规护理,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组各项健康知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组肺功能优于对照组,心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论焦点式心理护理联合短周期健康行为干预在女性慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果较好,能改善不良情绪、肺功能,提高健康知识水平。Objective To explore the application effect of focused psychological nursing combined with shortterm healthy behavior intervention in female patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 100 female patients with chronic bronchitis in Jinan Third People’s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were included in the study,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(n=50)was given focus psychological nursing combined with short-term health behavior intervention,and the control group(n=50)was given routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of mastery of health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the lung function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the mental state score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused psychological nursing combined with short-term healthy behavior intervention has a good application effect in female patients with chronic bronchitis,which can improve negative emotions,lung function,and health knowledge.
