盆底康复护理在广泛全子宫切除术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底康复护理在广泛全子宫切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月在滨州医学院附属医院接受广泛全子宫切除术的100例患者为研究对象,根据抛币法分为参照组与研究组,每组各50例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施盆底康复护理。比较两组心理状态、生活质量及性生活质量。结果干预后,研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组盆底功能影响调查问卷评分低于对照组,女性性功能量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复护理在广泛全子宫切除术后康复护理中应用可改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量及性生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in patients after extensive total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent extensive total hysterectomy in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the coin toss method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing.The psychological state,life quality,and sex life quality of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pelvic floor impact questionnaire score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the female sexual function index score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in extensive total hysterectomy can improve the psychological state of patients,q uality of life,and sex life.
