产房助产士职业倦怠现象及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析产房助产士职业倦怠现象以及影响因素。方法以南宁市妇幼保健院产科22名助产士为分析对象,研究时间为2022年12月至2023年12月,在使用护士职业倦怠量表、基本情况表的基础上,收集产科助产士的职业倦怠相关信息,分析职业倦怠现象产生的影响因素。结果22例助产士经评估职业倦怠者16例,占比72.73%,平均职业倦怠得分为(148.36±16.93)分。助产士职业倦怠发生与年龄、受教育程度、值夜班、工作年限、睡眠质量有一定关系(P<0.05)。年龄小、值夜班、工作年限较短以及睡眠质量差是助产士职业倦怠发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论助产士日常工作压力明显,职业倦怠发生率较高,年龄、受教育程度、值夜班、睡眠质量可影响助产士发生职业倦怠。职业倦怠现象不仅影响自身,也会给患者带来一定负面影响,不利于助产护理工作的开展。应注重助产士的身心健康,针对个人实际情况开展有效措施,以减少职业倦怠现象的发生。Objective To analyze the phenomenon and influencing factors of occupational burnout among midwives in delivery room.Methods A total of 22 midwives in Department of Obstetrics,Nanning Maternity and Child Health Hospital were selected as the analysis subjects,with a study implementation period from December 2022 to December 2023.Based on the use of nurse burnout scale and basic information scale,information related to occupational burnout among obstetric midwives was collected,and the influencing factors of occupational burnout were analyzed.Results Twenty-two midwives were assessed for occupational burnout in 16 cases(72.73%),with a mean burnout score of(148.36±16.93)points.There was a certain relationship between the occurrence of occupational burnout in midwives and the age,education level,night s hift,years of work,and s leep quality.Younger age,night s hift,shorter years of work,and poor sleep quality were risk factors for the occurrence of occupational burnout in m idwives(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwives have significant daily work stress and a high incidence of burnout,and age,education,night shift,and sleep quality can influence the occurrence of occupational burnout in midwives.The occupational burnout in midwives not only affects themself,but also brings certain negative effects to patients,which is not conducive to the development of midwifery nursing work.The physical and mental health of midwives should be paid attention,and effective measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of occupational burnou t.
