摘 要:于2020年,在福建省三明市大田县梅林国有林场,以不同坡度(28°、34°、40°)的米槠林根际土壤为研究对象,采用宏基因组测序技术测定米槠根际土壤微生物群落结构,并测定米槠根际土壤元素含量,分析米槠根际土壤微生物群落与土壤元素含量的相关关系。结果表明,不同坡度米槠土壤养分中C、P、Fe、Mg、Ca存在显著差异(P<0.05),N、K、Zn、Mn含量无明显差别;坡度34°的根际土壤微生物群落的丰富度和多样性最高;米槠根际土壤中优势菌纲均为酸杆菌纲(Acidobacteriae),α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacteria),γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria),群落中优势菌纲的总和占微生物群落总量的60%以上;土壤中的有机氮对微生物群落的影响显著,其中芽球菌纲(Blastocatellia)与N的负相关性最强(r=-0.99988)。不同坡度对米槠根际微生物群落结构存在显著影响,但仍存在共性。研究结果可为米槠林的提质增效提供参考。In 2020,the rhizosphere soils of Castanopsis carlesii with different slopes(28°,34°,40°)were studied at the Meilin State Forest Farm in Datian,Sanming,Fujian,to determine the structure of the soil microbial community of C.carlesii rhizosphere soils by using macro-genome sequencing technology and to determine the elemental content of chinkapin rhizosphere soils,and to analyze the correlation between the microbial community of the C.carlesii rhizosphere soils and the content of the elements in the soils.The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the nutrient contents of C,P,Fe,Mg,and Ca in the soil of different slopes of C.carlesii,and there was no significant difference in the contents of N,K,Zn,and Mn;the richness and diversity of the microbial community of the rhizosphere soils of C.carlesii with a slope of 34°were the highest;the dominant phyla of rhizosphere soils were Acidobacteriae,Alphaproteobacteria,and Gammaproteobacteria,the total of dominant phyla in the community accounted for more than 60%of the total microbial community;the organic nitrogen in the soil had a significant effect on the microbial community,and the strongest negative correlation between Blastocatellia and N was observed(r=-0.99988).Different slopes had significant effects on the rhizosphere soils microbial community structure of C.carlesii,but there were still commonalities.The results of this study can provide a reference for the improvement of quality and efficiency of C.carlesii forests.
