摘 要:某大底盘多塔超高层部分框架剪力墙结构高152 m,位于7度区Ⅱ类场地,为超B级高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、尺寸突变、构件间断、抗扭刚度弱等四项不规则项。通过性能化分析,结构抗震性能可达到C级目标。转换层通过由整体指标到局部有限元的分析论证,提高了转换层关键构件的性能目标要求;多塔对裙房关联区域的影响由上往下逐层递减,采取增加附加钢筋、增加楼板厚度等措施,保证了结构的安全可靠。As a 152 m super high-rise building,which was located in intensity-category 7 and gradeⅡsite,the partial frame-supported shear wall structure system with large chassis and multi-tower was adopted.The tower was an exceeding B-level building with four irregular items,including torsional irregularity,size mutation,component discontinuity and weak torsional stiffness.According to the performance-based analysis,the seismic performance of the structure could reach the C-level target.The performance target of the transition key compo‐nents had improved through the analysis from overall index to local finite elements.The influence of the multi-tower decreased layer by lay‐er from top to bottom.Strengthen measures such as adding additional rebars and increasing the thickness of the slab were taken to ensure the safety and reliability of the overall structure.
