摘 要:斜拉桥的拉索是桥梁受力的重要构件之一,其索力的大小是评估桥梁安全的重要指标。磁通量传感器长期测量稳定性较好,可用于监测桥梁施工和运营期的索力。以中山市某座斜拉桥为例,详细介绍了磁通量传感器的应用流程及注意事项,并通过厂内标定、与油表测量数据比对和与理论值比对3个流程判断通过磁通量传感器测量索力的可行性。得到的主要结论如下:磁通量传感器可准确测量出斜拉索索力,是桥梁索力监测的有效手段;在监测前,磁通量传感器需保证足够的通磁时间,才可保证数据的稳定性;在施工期间,可通过千斤顶油表的数据对磁通量传感器的测量准确性进行校核。研究成果可为相关工程提供经验和指导。The cable of a cable-stayed bridge is one of the important components under stress,and the magnitude of its cable force is an important indicator for evaluating the safety of the bridge.Magnetic flux sensors have good long-term measurement stability and can be used to monitor cable tension during bridge construction and operation.Takes a cable-stayed bridge in Zhongshan City as an example to intro‐duce in detail the application process and precautions of magnetic flux sensors.The feasibility of measuring cable force through magnetic flux sensors is judged through three processes:factory calibration,comparison with oil meter measurement data,and comparison with theoret‐ical values.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:Magnetic flux sensors can accurately measure the tension of cable-stayed cables and are an effective means of monitoring bridge tension;Before monitoring,the magnetic flux sensor needs to ensure sufficient magnetiza‐tion time to ensure the stability of the data;During the construction period,the measurement accuracy of the magnetic flux sensor can be verified through the data from the jack oil gauge.The research results of this article can provide experience and guidance for related engi‐neering.
