摘　　要：目的 分析艾司氯胺酮在减轻剖宫产产妇疼痛程度、抑郁情绪中的价值及对母婴并发症的影响。方法 筛选300例样本,依照随机法分为2组,观察组150例患者使用艾司氯胺酮,对照组150例患者不使用,比较两组患者疼痛度、应激反应、抑郁状态、母婴并发症。结果 术前两组患者疼痛度、应激反应、抑郁状态均差异甚微(P>0.05),术后,观察组患者疼痛度评分、应激反应指标水平、产后抑郁发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者母婴并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 艾司氯胺酮对剖宫产术后应激有明显改善作用,可有效降低患者产后抑郁发生率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value of esketamine in alleviating the pain and depression of caesarean section parturients and its influence on maternal and Infant complications.Methods 300 samples were screened and randomly divided into two groups.150 patients in the observation group were treated with esketamine and 150 patients in the control group were not treated with it.The pain degree,stress reaction,depression,and maternal and infant complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was little difference in pain,stress response,and depression status between the two groups of patients before surgery(P>0.05).After surgery,the pain score,stress response index levels,and postpartum depression incidence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Esketamine can significantly improve the stress after Caesarean section,and can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum depression,which is worth promoting.
