气压治疗联合抗血栓梯度袜使用对肢体深静脉血栓形成物理预防效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析结直肠癌术后患者使用气压治疗联合抗血栓梯度袜对肢体深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的物理预防效果。方法 选取我院肛肠科2018年3月~2023年3月60例经DVT(Autar)评估为中风险的结直肠癌术后患者,依据术后DVT预防措施不同分为两组各30例。对照组采取传统DVT预防措施,观察组加用气压治疗联合抗血栓梯度袜物理预防干预,24小时内监督下床活动。分别在干预前、干预后1周监测血凝指标,于患者出院前统计DVT发生情况及专科护理服务满意情况。结果 干预后1周两组的血凝指标均优于干预前且观察组优于对照组(P<005)。两组出院前均无DVT发生(P>005)。观察组专科护理服务总满意率高于对照组(P<005)。结论 气压治疗联合抗血栓梯度袜使用物理预防干预措施可明显预防结直肠癌术后患者DVT形成,有效改善凝血功能,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the physical prevention effect of air pressure therapy combined with antithrombotic gradient socks on deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.Methods Sixty postoperative patients with colorectal cancer who were assessed as medium risk by DVT(Autar)in the Department of Anorectal Surgery of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group based on different postoperative DVT prevention measures.The control group received traditional DVT prevention measures,while the observation group received pneumatic therapy combined with antithrombotic gradient socks for physical prevention intervention,and was supervised to get out of bed within 24 hours.Monitor blood coagulation indicators before and one week after intervention,and calculate the incidence of DVT and satisfaction with specialized nursing services before discharge.Results One week after intervention,the blood coagulation indicators of both groups were better than before intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no occurrence of DVT before discharge in both groups(P>0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of specialized nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pneumatic therapy and antithrombotic gradient socks with physical prevention interventions can significantly prevent DVT formation in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,effectively improve coagulation function,and is worth promoting and using.
